Having restaurant clients is awesome. It means never going hungry. Especially when the client is doing a cooking demonstration on TV as was the case with Crisp Catering today (June 14, 2013) on KQCA My58 in Sacramento. Joe Thompson, owner, made a Greek Style Grilled Steak on the barbecue just in time for Father’s Day. Behind the scenes, I was busy tasting the test steak he made 10 minutes before the segment. Love my job.
